In my own practice these days, I’ve been combining neurosomatic eye exercises with movement. Here’s why:
The two most significant ways that our brains assess safety (and by extension, allow us to feel a greater sense of ease) is through internal sensing (interoception and proprioception) and through our visual field. Combining both into one practice feels like a well rounded way to support the different channels by which our bodies feed our brain information that helps it potentially access more safety and resilience.
My system responds well to most eye exercises. Curious if yours does too? In this video, I’ll teach you how to find out!

I’m looking forward to sharing more neurosomatic mashups like this with you in the future. Thanks for being here!
With care,
Elena
