Today’s practice is an audio-only. body scan. All you need to do is find a quiet place to rest, make yourself comfortable as possible, and listen.
This restorative practice can standalone, or could be a nice way to end a more active practice, like this one that I shared last week:

Yoga, tapping, mindful movement, free form movement… this practice has it all!
I hope you find some time to give this a try, whether on its own, or combined with something else. It’s 25 minutes long, which really gives us the chance to attune our awareness & receive whatever sensations are available to experience.
I don’t explicitly mention this in the recording but I want you to know—you are always welcome to move whenever you need to. Some of you might want to experience this practice in stillness, and some you might need to make adjustments your body, or to explore movement in the different body parts that I name. As always, customize this practice so that it works for you. There’s no way to do it wrong.
