Yoga, tapping, mindful movement, free form movement… this practice has it all!
We move energy with a sequence that alternates back and forth between more active and grounding practices. This pendulation between up practices that up-regulate (energize) the nervous system and down-regulate (settle) the nervous system can, over time, help entrain the ability for our nervous system to switch gears between different modes so we don’t feel as stuck.
